## What is Ans Graph?

Ans Graph puts numerical integration where it belongs: the shaded region on the graph, and the value beside it. Move either bound and both respond together.

It is a graphing calculator you own outright. One purchase covers iPhone, iPad and Mac. It works fully offline, with no accounts, adverts, trackers, subscriptions or locked functions.

SEE THE AREA
Choose Integral, then drag a bound. The shading follows and the register keeps up. Integrate between typed bounds, exact constants such as π, or out to infinity. Every result carries ≈ and an estimated uncertainty, because a numerical answer should say what it is rather than imply an exactness it does not have.

READ THE CURVE
• Roots and intersections — every candidate found in the view you are looking at, each with its coordinate on the graph. The register says "in this view", because that is all a bounded search can honestly claim.
• Gradient (dy/dx) — choose a point and read the local slope, with the tangent drawn so the number stays attached to the shape.
• Extrema — turning points found, marked and named.
• Trace — walks the sampled curve itself. Coordinates are shown only to the precision the current window justifies, and the cursor will not step silently across a gap in the function.
• Value table — compare functions at exact x-values, step through the rows, and export the table as CSV.

BUILT LIKE MATHEMATICS
Expressions are made of real mathematical parts rather than typed as text, so sin(x) is one thing the calculator understands. Plot up to four functions at once, each with its own colour, line pattern and token, so they can be told apart without relying on colour alone. Asymptotes reach the edge of the pane instead of stopping short, and a discontinuity is drawn as a break rather than joined straight across.

CONSTANTS ARE PART OF THE LANGUAGE
Fifteen CODATA 2022 physical constants are first-class tokens — c, G, h, ℏ and the rest — each with its name, its unit and an Exact, Derived or Measured badge. h is the Planck constant everywhere an expression can go, so E = h × f plots where it actually lives, at 10⁻³³, and the window follows the mathematics down instead of refusing to go there.

NATIVE ON EVERY SCREEN
iPhone, iPad and Mac each get a layout built for that screen: a graph you can hold, a two-pane iPad with its own function rail, and a full desktop instrument with menus, keyboard shortcuts and scroll-wheel zoom. Export a plot as an image or a PDF, or the table as CSV, straight to the files and apps you already use.

KEEP IT, AND KEEP IT PRIVATE
Name a graph and it is saved in this app's own storage on this device. No account, no sign-in, no sync, no network. The Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets read only a small local file in the app's own private container. Nothing is sent anywhere.
