## What is Anscims?

ANSCISM is an online payment and collections solution aimed at reducing the tedious process of revenue collection and expenditures. This central multi-bank platform will enable Anambra state government have a record of transactions both- revenue generated and expenditure at every given time. It will also take specific records like; the name of the revenue payer, the form of revenue (tax or non-tax), the amount paid etc. Furthermore, this solution will issue automated receipt to customers. Some of the enormous benefits ANSCIMS will deliver to Anambra state government include:
- providing apt information on Anambra state government’s cash resources
- Reducing leakages and promote transparency in Anambra state governments transactions
- enabling efficient cash management
- enabling accounting and auditing of Anambra state government’s transactions
- providing an easier and faster means to reconcile Anambra state government’s balance sheet 
- reducing bank fees and transaction costs
