Would love some functionality to see who else was on the schedule for any given shift, but not necessary. Now that iOS 16 is released, I would really appreciate if this app had a widget, like the android counterpart. A widget with my work schedule on my Home Screen would definitely make this a 5 star app. ### 3/5 — No Area View *2020-08-06, version 2.2.6* The app itself is great and I love all of the features that are available to me. However, I don’t have an area view button to see who I am on the schedule with. Please update this! ### 3/5 — Confusing *2020-06-16* Great app to look at my work roster conveniently. However the days don’t correspond to the correct date. It won’t let you log in, it took forever to reset password. Then once reset and you’ve logged in it just takes you back to home screen and asks you to log in again. My brand new iPhone takes 6 sone days not at all. In a time of increased medical need it would be reassuring to know the tools we are using pass at least a mínimum reliability level. FIX YOUR APP. You are able to see what your schedule is anywhere you go. However my phone updated and now it won’t even open. It keep saying “server connection test” and wants me to verify the website is correct. Please also include the entire department schedule in the schedule somehow. It is pointless to only be able to view only personal schedule for those who may need to trade a shift for example. Also, I tried touch password and it’s not working. It says Touch ID to view saved passwords. Really? I have not encountered something like this from other apps. After a recent update, this app completely shuts down when I open the “Area Schedule”, which is/was the most useful tool in the app. I tried uninstalling then reinstalling with no avail. My colleagues at work are also experiencing the same problem. ### 1/5 — Mobile app doesn’t work *2018-04-28, version 2.1* It’s over a month now ever since we updated this mobile app and we not able to sign in (server connection/ authentication). What’s up with that? Users have to simultaneously use the app and website in order for it to function properly…WTH?!?! AND it’s difficult to navigate. My company has 18,000 + employees and we rely on apps for scheduling.
