I paid for a monthly subscription and still have no access to the service I paid for. I contacted customer service over a month ago, and they continue to claim they cannot locate my purchase. I have provided proof of purchase, bank statements showing the charge, and payment information, yet I still have no access and have not received a refund. After more than a month of going back and forth, absolutely nothing has been resolved. Customer service has been extremely unhelpful and has failed to provide either the service I paid for or a refund. DO NOT USE THIS APP. I would not recommend paying for a subscription when they cannot even resolve a verified purchase. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2026-08-08, version 3.6.5* Nothing works like the ad shows. I cleared my phone and everything already but it’s not working. Please give me my money back. ### 1/5 — Scam doesn’t work *2026-07-09, version 3.6.5* I just purchased the app and so far nothing works. I feel like they just took my money and scammed me. I don’t even know how to get my money back. They say they don’t issue refunds. I’m having the exact same issues others are having. I purchased the $60 year subscription and I can’t even upload files on the app or on a laptop. It keeps asking me to buy subscriptions but I already paid! Why can’t I use what I paid for!? Not worth the expense or frustration. ### 1/5 — SCAM *2026-05-13, version 3.6.4* Do not download if you actually want help with your homework because every time you try to take a picture of a question or speak to the AI assistant, it asks you to pay a ridiculously large amount of money. I only downloaded this app because ChatGPT wanted me to upgrade to ChatGPT plus and that was also expensive so if you guys have any suggestions on what FREE apps I should use please tell me ### 2/5 — Least User Friendly AI *2026-05-05, version 3.6.4* Great for answering questions and (sometimes) listening to lectures/taking notes. Most of the “features” do not work or are impossible to access. The platform is extremely disorganized, and the mobile app does not even connect to the same account on the browser. Not worth paying for ### 1/5 — Don’t get *2026-05-03, version 3.6.4* If your looking for an app that can help you with homework, this one isn’t it. I say this because most of the time I use it , it gets questions wrong like seriously fix the bugs cuz when I started to make this review all the others review is showing people with the same experience. This app made my grade just to a 85 to a 70% (no joke) they need to fix the bugs cuz all my other friends that has an app that works. So whoever is behind the screen reading pleased don’t wasted your time and to the develop I have two words for you… FIX IT ### 2/5 — Review *2026-04-27, version 3.6.4* Honestly if you need help with some problems you can use other apps to help you. It sort of does a decent job at explaining but many times the answer is wrong. I crossed referenced with other apps and they had a different answer to what coursology had which was wrong. Honestly, if you need help or a way to break it down there are other apps that can help you for free.
