For over two weeks, I have made repeated and good-faith efforts to cancel my account by following the instructions provided on your website. I have sent multiple emails and attempted to call the number listed for your company, only to find it nonfunctional or unanswered. This lack of transparency and accessibility is unacceptable. Your failure to provide a clear and working method for cancellation, as well as your unresponsiveness to direct communication, reflects a negligent and possibly predatory business practice. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and see no other option than to escalate this issue formally. If my account is not cancelled and confirmation sent to me by July 1, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action and report this issue to the appropriate consumer protection authorities.
