I’ve learned so much from your scientists that has filled in the huge learning gaps from secular schooling. Evolution does not make sense and I always knew it wasn’t right thanks to my parent’s biblical teaching at home. Your programs have brought science and the Bible together in a way that I’ve never had access to before. What a treasure your content has been as I homeschooled my children through middle school. They now have a solid understanding of biblical science and theology that has kept them firmly rooted in the truth now that they’re in charter school. I deleted the account but it still will not let me use the email address that I actually use because it says I already have an email address associated with my device. VERY AGGRAVATING!!! Any correspondence I should be receiving will be going to this account I was assigned that I do not use. Looked for a way to contact customer service for help but there is none. Just some questions with answers for common issues that you might encounter. Great looking app but terrible experience for me. I have 6 boys oldest is 8 and youngest is 7 months. All of us enjoy this streaming platform. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because I’ve been having a problem with the app on my Samsung Smart TV. The app works fine on my phone but on the TV it doesn’t want to open most of the time. I need to reach out to answers.tv support services to see what I can do to fix the problem. As of right now I have to unplug the TV and plug it back in for the app to work. Side note; I don’t have this problem with any other app on my TV. Over all it’s a good program. But if I could offer some constructive criticism, the user interface needs a few tweaks. As but one example it’s sometimes hard to find the specific video I’m looking for, whether that’s included content, or whether I’m trying to find my extra purchased material. I hate to say it, but modeling the UI more closely on something like the secular Netflix might be of value; there are some ease-of-use lessons learned there. I hate to even bring that up, but it’s suggested with an eye to improve an already great web site, and app. ### 4/5 — Great clean tv options *2022-07-28, version 7.502.1* Answers TV is a great option for clean tv for the whole family. I do wish they had more fun entertaining movies for teens and adults, but there are a lot of entertaining options for little kids and great academic videos for older crowds. You don’t have to worry about cleaners for language and embarrassing scenes you have to shut off, so that’s the biggest plus.
