Most psychics on here are truly gifted and amazing at what they do. i have been a consistent client for months now, i’ve spent a lot of money and rarely complain. HOWEVER two of my recent readings did not allow me to view them so i did reach out MULTIPLE times both through the app and through instagram and they have refused to help me. I got in contact with someone through instagram and we agreed that they were going to save it on their end and send it to me through instagram . They never did so , it has been 8 days since i last reached out to them requesting to just refund my tokens (so i can use them on another reading id actually be able to receive) as they kept ignoring me and still haven’t resolved my issue although i have been patient. We also need a direct way to contact the psychics as the way it is currently doesn’t allow us contact . The psychics are only able to reach out to us and our response has to be selected from a preset. Sometimes i do forget to include something in my question or just have a quick follow up and it truly isn’t fair that i must purchase a whole other reading for a small thing. The readers on here are truly gifted, my all time favorite is Leachaa. I also use Celine Michaels, Psychic Betty, & Psychic Christine just in case anyone needs a recommendation. Keep in mind however that the answery support they offer for their customers are inconsistent and have yet to resolve a simple issue after about a month. ### 3/5 — It’s ok *2020-05-05, version 2.2.7* I had two advisors send me the same exact word for word reading as if that one advisor had two separate accounts and also you can’t sign in with your phone number it doesn’t give u an option after putting in your number to hit next so you will need to start a whole other account **Developer response:** Hi, thanks for leaving us a review. If you need any other help, please feel free to contact us at answeryapp01@gmail.com, we will try our best to assist with you as soon as possible. ### 3/5 — Issues, but okay *2020-03-21, version 2.2.4* I really liked this app at first, it is reasonably priced.. but I ended up finding out that one of the psychics I chatted with, copy and pasted word for word the same thing she told me to a friend as well. When I reached out about a refund they refused to do so since the psychic said it was a mistake on accident that my friend got my original reading. However, how is it that at least three days later she went back to my answer and copied it and sent it to my friend.. out of all the questions she gets, she went back to my answer and sent it to my friend. Something seems fishy here and still upset about the wasted money or lack of clarification. I’m bit of a skeptic *2020-03-14, version 2.2.2* I’ve talked to 3 psychics and they all gave good readings but idk how much of it is really true because I feel like they could be telling anyone anything just to get a review or money.. Who knows. I’ve always been skeptic of psychic readings because anyone could say anything to make you feel better or like I said just to get a review and half the time idek if these reviews are real or fake.
