## What is Ant Client?

ANT Client Portal is the mobile companion to Datagain's professional transcription and qualitative research platform. Record interviews in the field, upload audio and video files, manage transcription projects, and download completed transcripts — all from your device.

Downloads
• Files that share a name no longer overwrite each other. Picking three files
  called the same thing now gives you all three, numbered (1), (2), and so on —
  previously the download quietly returned just one of them.
• Downloading transcripts for several files at once now produces a correctly
  named .zip that opens straight away, instead of a file iOS couldn't recognise.
• Downloads are now limited to 10 files at a time, which keeps large batches
  from running out of memory mid-download. A new Clear all button in the header
  makes it quick to adjust your selection.

Recordings and uploads
• Cancelling or retrying an upload now shows the correct status instead of
  leaving the recording stuck.

Sign-in
• Fixed a problem that could stop a successful sign-in from completing.

• More reliable recording — fixed an issue where pausing and resuming
  a recording could leave the timer running without capturing audio.

• Record More — a failed "Record More" no longer alters or re-dates
  the recording you were adding to.
