Antheartide — Personal Heart-Rate Companion

Antheartide is a wellness app that helps you keep a personal log of your heart-rate sessions.

WHAT IT DOES
• Live heart-rate monitoring during a session, using your Apple Watch (via HealthKit) or any compatible Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) heart-rate chest strap.
• Session history with date, duration, average heart rate, and personal notes.
• Export your sessions as files for personal reference.
• HealthKit integration: heart-rate data flows in from Apple Watch and other supported sources.

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO
Antheartide is a personal wellness and journaling tool. It is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, screening, treatment recommendations, or detection of any specific condition (including arrhythmias, valve disease, or vascular conditions). For any concern about your heart health, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

PRIVACY
All your sessions are stored locally on your device. Data leaves your device only when you explicitly export or share it.

ABOUT EXTERNAL HARDWARE
A BLE heart-rate chest strap is a sport-grade Bluetooth accessory (CE-marked as a consumer electronics product by its manufacturer, not as a medical device). When you choose to use Apple Watch ECG, that feature is provided directly by Apple. Antheartide reads heart-rate values via standard interfaces and shows them to you for personal use.
