Mouse can hear ultrasound: the range of the rat's hearing is around 200 Hz to 80 or 90 kHz. There is a whole world of high frequency sound out there that rats can hear that we cannot, a perceptual difference that humans tend to forget We hope that most problems will disappear within a few days. I use it through a Bluetooth speaker that's sitting in an attic closet. Since I've been using this app, I have not heard one mouse scratching in my walls. Once in a while I forget to turn the app on and I hear mice scratching. I turn the app on and in a few minutes they're gone.
