I love the antibiotics spectrum chart to easily see which abx cover which bugs.  The problem is, the rows don't line up with the headings. For example, by the time you scroll down the Pseudomonas, the row of relevant coverage is a full row above (count down from the top and you'll see it gradually shift).

This guide is a terrific starting point to refresh your memory on appropriate antibiotic use! You’ll need to refer to a more complete guide for precise dosing in complex infections, but for a great overview of antibiotic activity by class, and of effective regimens for many infections, this is a beautiful resource. Very helpful!!
