It says you can pay bill through the app Which you can not do . Then you’re on hold forever. The app also is not the easiest to navigate.

It says you can pay through the app and I have done it before but don’t be surprised when one day you can’t pay your bill for no reason. Get this app if you like confusion and inconsistency.

This app isn’t very user friendly. Lots of trouble loading claim details, and not super easy to navigate. Several of the functions aren’t even supported on the app and instead redirect you to web sites when you select the tabs.

We purchased this plan from the marketplace as it was the only plan other than OSCAR that would cover us at the Cleveland Clinic. The app is not helpful and nor is the customer service. Many times the app failed and we were not able to view the claims additionally you can never access the explanation of benefits which is what you will need to find out why so little of each claim is covered.

Your website and app are awful. No way to update my payment information unless. App constantly crashes when I try to view my claims. For the amount of money you take in from members the least you could do is provide a user friendly experience

Received this plan as it was affordable and helpful as I was being kicked off my family’s insurance just because the company didn’t like that one of the kid’s had an autoimmune condition. Well I’ve had the enjoyment of seeing my own doctors but it’s upsetting with how it is offered and covered to have the option of doing virtual visits when I cannot see a doctor as I am in healthcare and work during those normal five hours. It’s always 24/7 and it asks the questions of how and why I need an appointment and how urgent it is. Regardless of what time of morning or night the primary care provided or the “any clinician” is backed up 3 to 4 days in advance. Making you use your free to lower copays going t urgent care or primary/speciality doctors that aren’t provided online.
