Lots of trouble loading claim details, and not super easy to navigate. I’m immunocompromised and this false advertisement could be the difference between my life moving forward normally or being hospitalized due to their unprofessionalism and false advertisement of times to talk to support. I clearly made a mistake trying to get healthcare with antidote they DON’T care about the patient. ### 1/5 — App has never worked *2025-06-06, version 1.4.785* I have had this app/insurance since January 1st so 6 months+ I have mentioned this to every representative I speak with, I have to always call because the website has its issues as well. I really wish I could use the app bc the phone lines can be a hassle depending on when you call and If i can get out of work on time to make a call.I understand it’s a start up company but it’s very inconvenient and I truly wish they had worked out these bugs before becoming available I’m currently waiting several months after a surgery to get a follow up with an obgyn for a ruptured ovarian cyst this is due to such poor coverage or coverage not being accepted until almost end of summer I have been given lists of available obgyns but upon calling most numbers weren’t even to the place they were listed as or drs just didn’t work there that were listed. My first 1 star review was deleted. It’s extremely frustrating for such an important app to not be working especially with it being the start of my new health plan. I’m starting to worry I chose the wrong insurance company. Except it doesn’t take a lot for one person to ruin it. I had asked for a doctors note for some symptoms Ive been experiencing with my lower back. I needed a note for my job, because I do a lot of standing and moving around, which includes me carrying heavy bolts of fabric. I had just started my period and usually it causes a lot of issues with my back. I don’t typically call out of work for these kinds of reasons, but I really needed to with the type of work that I do. Usually they don’t ask why I need one, but this physician in particularly was very upset to as why I needed one. I understand she was just doing her job, but the way she handled it was very unprofessional and rude. I don’t think I have to explain as to what I do at my job in order for it to be a good enough reason for her to give me a doctors note. I had paid for a medical note, there is no need to question my decision? She talked very ignorant to me rather than insightful. Worst and hopefully my last experience I will have with these people. My visit was with Santiago, Yaritza. I sent photos of my eye and told her in detail what I’m experiencing - blurry vision, redness, bumps on eye lid, pain. She said this sort of issue isn’t something antitode can help with. She prescribed me an antibiotic ointment and told me to see a eye doctor in person. There should be a way to reach out to that doctor in app. Other apps do this. Instead I have to call customer service, as the app has no chat assist. Request the note and hope it finally hits my account. And if i click on reset password the email never shows up and customer support is nonexistent. Well I’ve had the enjoyment of seeing my own doctors but it’s upsetting with how it is offered and covered to have the option of doing virtual visits when I cannot see a doctor as I am in healthcare and work during those normal five hours. It’s always 24/7 and it asks the questions of how and why I need an appointment and how urgent it is. Regardless of what time of morning or night the primary care provided or the “any clinician” is backed up 3 to 4 days in advance. The doctor tonight went the extra mile to ensure that I was cared for beyond what he was able to provide, by referring me to another cost effective facility near me and providing the information in minutes. Also, made sure to ask if I needed a note to be excused for anything. The wait time initially said 40+ minutes, however I roughly waited maybe 10 if that.
