اشتراكي غداء عمل اللي المفروض يوصل بالكثير الساعة 3 ، لكن اغلب الأيام كان يتأخر جداً ، وجبات اللحم ما كانت جيدة للأمانة ، وجبات الدجاج كويسة ، ما حجدد الاشتراك .

خدمة العملاء سيئة، والعبوة (البوكس) المقدمة سيئة جدًا وغير عملية ولا يمكن حملها بشكل مناسب. كما أن جودة الطعام غير مرضية.

انا كنت مشتركة كالو لفترة طويلة و تعودت على السرعة و خدمة العملاء للممتازة. يوم طفشت و اخترت اني اغير ما اخترت غير هذا المحل التعيس. من اول يوم، طلبت فترة التوصيل من ٦-٢ الظهراً علماً انه مع كالو كان دائماً الاكل بيوصل في نفس الوقت المحدد و ما عمره تأخر علي و أوقات يوصل الاكل قبلي الدوام. هنا طبعاً بعد ٣ ساعات من الانتظار حق فطوري ما وصل واكلم خدمة العملاء يقولون لي المندوب بالطريق و اكلم المندوب يقولي ما بدأو الاكل اصلاً و انا انتظر لي ٣ ساعات وقرب وقت الغدا و ما وصل اكلي. التوصيل لحاله ممكن بياخذ ساعتين زيادة. اللي تعود على خدمة ممتازه ما بيقدر يستقبل غيرها. مو اعلان ولاتسويق بس جداً الخدمة تفرق و بس عشان تأخير الوقت و الخدمة الزفت ما برجع اشترك لاني انا ابغا اسهل حياتي مو اتنرفز🙏

خدمتهم جداً سيئة الدعم الفني والادارة زي قلتهم ما منهم فايده دائماً ما عندهم حلول بيوصلوا لي باول دقيقه من الويندو حقت التوصيل مع اني ابلغتهم بعدم تواجدي بالبيت يحطوا اكلي بالشارع ويخلوه غير متعاونين جدا جدا ان شاءالله تجربه ما تتككرر
