## What is AntiRepeat?

AntiRepeat helps you notice and track body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRB) and similar habits—such as skin picking, hair pulling, lip or nail biting—in a simple, private way . Choose up to four behaviors to track; each tap records one instance. View patterns in the calendar and statistics, and export reports if you subscribe. This app is for personal awareness and tracking only. It is not a substitute for professional care. Iphone 17 can directly click on Widget to add "1" to record.
