## What is AntiScroll?

AntiScroll helps you protect your attention by blocking distracting apps and websites during focus sessions.

Start a Quick Block when you need immediate focus, create scheduled routines, or use Delay Apps for a calm pause before opening selected distractions. AntiScroll uses Apple’s Screen Time framework, so you stay in control of what is selected.
