Such a wide variety and everything is delicious. But ordering on the app SUCKS. I didn’t realize I wasn’t logged in so I had everything in my cart, logged in, it erased my cart. Put everything back in my cart once I was logged in and realized it was set to a different location, I changed the location and it erased my cart. Then I had the location but I had to change the pickup time, it erased my cart a 3rd time. Then when I finally had everything right, it had me check out as a guest. I gave up at that point and just checked out as a guest. The app, however is lacking. I wish it was a little more intuitive and I hope that someday you’ll add Apple Pay. I am happy to see that the app exists though because so many other pizza shops don’t bother with that and it is just so much easier to order on the go. When I went to pay, I entered all my credit card info, hit submit, and it kicked me right back to the previous page with no acknowledgment. I repeated the process and it did the same thing. When I called the store, they told me the app sometimes doesn’t work. Didn’t work for me. I ordered over the phone. The special salad says “no crispy pepperoni available” at checkout- it comes on the salad! I didn’t even select it! Try to order a garden salad and it says “no chicken not available- again, no chicken is standard on the salad. Lastly, why have me log in if you don’t store at least my address and contact information. Can’t get past login. When you enter credentials nothing happens and you are stuck on the login page. If you enter an incorrect login it does notify you, but with the correct info you are just stock. I can continue as a guest, but then wouldn’t let me select delivery. After deciding to pick up the credit card authorization filed 2 times before I realized you have to leave out the / in the expiration date even though it shows to include it.
