Now it does not even see my RigExpert Stick XPro. Resetted the iPhone several times. Still no connection. ### 2/5 — Terrible *2024-04-30, version 1.6.5* This app is terrible. Every second scan the app disconnects from the analyzer. The analyzer is fully charged. iPhone 14 is fully charged. Time between scans is only seconds. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. ### 1/5 — Unable to access any saved data scans from memory channels. *2024-03-03, version 1.6.5* I’m using the AA-650 Zoom analyzer with this AS App. The Good News: The Android (Bluetooth) and windows (USB cable) versions work fine. And with this app you can do a live scans. The Bad News: This app cannot access the memory channels to display any data previously scanned with the analyzer on my 4th Gen. Air Touch IPAD. There is no options in the app’s menu to access them. Posted on: 03-03-2024 Looking for a new, working, updated, version of this AS app. ### 3/5 — Stick pro *2023-12-05, version 1.6.5* This app needs a update having problems with the app not communicating with my iPhone 11 ### 2/5 — it was fine while it worked *2023-10-26, version 1.6.5* From the beginning I had difficulties connecting the mi stick 230 to my phone and PC, now it is completely impossible, I removed the battery and factory reset the analyzer and nothing, The analyzer also blocked when trying to use it in the sun, I had to remove the battery to restart it ### 1/5 — Does not work with AA-3000 ZOOM *2023-08-09, version 1.6.5* Despite the previous version of AntScope for iOS stating that the AA-3000 ZOOM was added, my analyzer is not recognized by the app. It simply never connects. Not getting any help from RigExpert either. ### 1/5 — Constantly disconnects. Worthless. *2023-04-02, version 1.6.4* On the very rare occasions it works it's actually pretty ok, but it constantly disconnects from my RigExpert Stick Pro. I've tried different USB cables, rebooting my computer, updating the software. Nothing helps. This app is so bad. The iOS version is almost as bad too. Constant connection issues. You'd think a company who makes such great analyzers would have good software to go with it, but this is not the case. Worst. Companion. Software. RigExpert needs to fix this…I wouldn’t recommend the stick products without being able to use the app ### 1/5 — Worked great for about a week *2022-07-15, version 1.6.1* I was loving this app and the fact I could look at extended graphs on my iPhone while using my Stick Pro in the field. Today all of a sudden the phone wouldn’t recognize the device anymore. After several resets of the analyzer as well as my iPhone it still doesn’t see it when trying to connect. Checked it with my iPad and works fine. All my other Bluetooth devices also work fine with my iPhone, so it’s not the phone itself. Somehow the iPhone app just doesn’t want to see the analyzer, so now it’s basically useless. Absolutely disappointing. ### 1/5 — Will not connect to Rigexpert 230 *2021-09-30, version 1.4.7* App will not connect to RigExpert230. Same results using app on iPad and iPhone. All firmware is up to date. Funny thing it work once then lost connection. Was using iPhone then switched to iPad, worked first time then stopped. Reinstalled app on both devices still no joy. It worked fine for about a day or two now it decides to work when it wants to. update its now sept 27 2025 i’ve owned the stick X pro for over a year and it’s great, but this app still does not work. It’s basically worthless don’t even bother. If you do get it to work enjoy it for the day or two that it does because eventually it won’t work anymore, at least not on iOS. UPDATE 2026: still does not work with the stick X pro and has never worked with it on iPhone or iPad. please fix this. It would be nice to be able to use this feature. ### 1/5 — Bluetooth issues *2026-01-14, version 1.6.9* I was excited to get my new Stick 500. Hooked it up to my HF antenna and Bluetooth connected it to my iPhone. About 2 minutes in and I lost bt connection. Tried to reconnect and it wouldn’t find theStick 500. Powered off/on both items, no luck. Deleted and reinstalled AntScope, still no luck. Tried my wife’s iPhone and my iPad and had same results as before. Downloaded AntScope2 on my Windows pc and it Bluetooth connects fine every time. RigExpert still has some iOS issues to work out. ### 1/5 — Bluetooth issues still *2025-12-15, version 1.6.9* This app works great until your iPhone or iPad screen fads then it looses Bluetooth connection and the antscope software can never find your device again. I am using this iOS AntScope app in my new MacBook Air and it works perfectly. AntScope2 also works perfectly with my MacBook Air. This app worked perfectly in my iPhone for a few days and then my iPhone bluetooth stopped connecting to the device (stick pro). Testet in in several vehicles connected RigExpert Stick pro to the Antennaplug inside, while adjusting Antenna outside. Just perfect! I’ve been using it daily for about a month now and have found it to be an invaluable addition to the amazing Stick Pro 600. The Smith Chart tool is an antenna builders dream. Great piece of software, many thanks to the RigExpert team! ### 4/5 — Found connecting secret *2022-06-19, version 1.6.1* Iphone and IPad connect initially but disconnect after 30 seconds Used with Stick 230. But if you have unit connected to antenna, IMMEDIATELY start a SWR scan. Then the Stick 230 keeps the connection. Other parameters can be accessed and function. Unfortunately this release seems does not allow to save and send data so it useful is limited for now.
