Make your trade fair experience smart, personal and efficient - with the Anuga app. EXHIBITOR | PRODUCTS | INFORMATIONS The app offers a detailed exhibitor and product directory as well as a floor plan with all exhibitors' stands. Find information about the program or for arrival and departure, as well as accommodation in Cologne. PLAN YOU VISIT Find exhibitors by name, country and product groups and plan your visits with favourites, contacts, appointments and notes. Get information about the program. Keep track of interesting program dates with favourites to program dates. NOTIFICATIONS Get notification for short-term program changes and other short-term organizational changes directly to your device. NETWORKING Networking allows exhibitors and visitors to exchange contact information in the app before, during and after the event. DATA PROTECTION The Mobile Guide requires appropriate permissions for "Add to address book" and "Add to Calendar" and will ask for that first time you use these functions. Contact data and appointments are stored at any time only local on your device. HELP & SUPPORT Send email for support to anuga@visitor.koelnmesse.de. IMPORTANT NOTICE BEFORE INSTALLATION After installation the app will once download compressed data for exhibitors, extract and import them. Please make sure you have an adequate Internet connection and have some patience during this first import. Wenn ich dann die App herunterlade und mich einloggen will, MUSS ich ein NEUES Ticket vorweisen, den die App ermöglicht keinen Import eines bereits gekauften Tickets. Damit kann ich die App nicht personalisieren bzw auch nicht das Ticket aus der App aus aufrufen. Anfängerfehler der App-Entwickler ### 3/5 — Keine gute App *2021-10-12* Man wird gezwungen diese App zu installieren, da man sonst nicht an das Ticket kommen kann. Dieses wird nämlich nicht als pdf / Mail versendet. Ziemlich übergriffig. Nichtmal in der Wallet kann man das Ticket abspeichern. Die App bietet keinen Mehrwert. Hallenplan ohne Angabe der Themen und Stände. Ständige Datenaktualisierung. Typisch Deutsche digitale Umsetzung. ### 1/5 — Völlig unnötig *2021-10-09* Eine einfache Webseite würde für diese Informationen reichen. Die App bietet keinerlei Mehrwert und verkompliziert nur die Nutzung der Eintrittskarte. Dazu muss man sich ständig Werbung gefallen lassen und bei nahezu jedem Start den Datensatz aktualisieren. Eine Umstellung der Sprache konnte ich auch nirgends finden. Wer für diesen Unfug überhaupt Geld für die Entwicklung bereitgestellt hat, sollte mal über den praktischen Mehrwert und eine Kosten/Nutzen-Rechnung nachdenken.
