Anxiety! gives your anxiety a shape so you can talk to it, understand its patterns, and learn what calms it.

When anxiety takes up too much space, Anxiety! makes it visible through a creature that changes with your current intensity and what the app gradually learns about you.
Choose how you feel, follow a guided reset, and compare your before-and-after score. Each experience helps Anxiety! understand your first signals, sensitive moments, and what seems to help.

With Anxiety!, you can:

• talk to your anxiety one sentence at a time;
• understand your patterns through your Map;
