Open the app and start a guided breathing exercise in one tap. No account, ads, onboarding, or internet connection is required.

Choose Calm, Sleep, or Focus and get a recommended breathing rhythm for the moment.

• GUIDED BREATHING EXERCISES
Practice Box Breathing 4-4-4-4, 4-7-8 Breathing, Equal Breathing 4-4, Physiological Sigh with a second inhale, or Resonance Breathing at approximately 5.5 breaths per minute.

• 60-SECOND BREATHING BREAK
Start a one-minute Equal Breathing session immediately from the home screen.

• CUSTOM BREATHING TIMER
Create and save your own rhythm by adjusting Inhale, Hold, Exhale, and Rest from 0 to 20 seconds where supported.

• FLEXIBLE SESSION LENGTHS
Choose a 1, 3, or 5 minute guided session, or use Free mode without a time limit.

• VISUAL, SOUND, AND HAPTIC GUIDANCE
