Meadow is one of the few apps I didn’t delete after 2 days. I have anxious attachment and sometimes I just need somewhere to write the insane thing I’m about to text before I actually text it. This helps with that.

I have been using meadow for the last few weeks and it has changed my life. The 66 day custom program has helped me understand my attachment style with others much better. I feel more secure and grounded after implementing these daily lessons and tools. Also as a good UI enthusiast, I must add the app has beautiful visuals that make the journey better. I cannot recommend this app enough!
