## What is Anxora?

Anxora is a fast, private habit tracker for body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRB): nail biting, skin picking, hair pulling, and similar habits.

Notice the urge, tap once, done in under 10 seconds. Add triggers, feelings, or a note later, or skip them. Your data, your pace.

WHAT YOU GET
• One tap logging with optional triggers, feelings, and notes
• Calendar heat map to spot your harder days
• Analytics: episodes per day, top triggers and feelings, time of day patterns
• Full history with edit and delete
• Gentle, never judgmental insights and Competing Response tips after each episode

RIDE OUT THE URGE
• Anxiety Waves: a short guided reflection instead of acting on it
• Fidget mini games (Pimple Pop, Bubble Wrap) as a competing response
• Guided breathing: box, 4-7-8, and coherent techniques

MORE
• Apple Watch: log from your wrist
• Apple Health (optional): see stress next to HRV and sleep
• iCloud sync included for everyone, always private to your Apple ID

FULL ACCESS (one time purchase, no subscription)
• Track multiple habits, each with its own analytics
• App Lock with Face ID
• Family Sharing supported

DESIGNED WITHOUT JUDGMENT
• No praise, no streak shaming, neutral language everywhere
• "Episode", never "relapse"
• No ads, no tracking, no data sold

Anxora is inspired by clinical approaches to BFRB management and Habit Reversal Training (HRT). It is not a replacement for professional help, but it can make your therapy sessions more productive with real data.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 4.0 — 2026-08-13

• Meet “Your Steps” — cumulative rewards that celebrate your progress.
• Enjoy a redesigned Home screen with a clearer weekly overview and focused daily view.
• See confirmed anxiety-free days highlighted in your calendar.

### 3.3 — 2026-08-11

- Added an onboarding flow shown on first launch.
- Day-strip card now labels its hour and 7-day scales.
- Feelings and triggers lists can now be edited, reordered, and hidden from Settings.

### 3.2 — 2026-08-06

• Add a past entry straight from the home day strip, and see each selected day's status at a glance.
• Various fixes and refinements.

### 3.1 — 2026-07-18

• Reorder your feelings and triggers — drag them into the order that suits you, or sort by how often you use them.
• Apple Watch: logging is simpler now — a single confirm button, with clear haptic feedback when an entry is saved.
• Fixed an issue where hidden feelings or triggers could reappear after restarting the app.
• Cleaner layout on the log form, so more items fit in each row.

### 3.0 — 2026-07-15

• New Home: your day at a glance. A 24-hour strip shows today’s episodes and time since the last one, with a 7-day row below.
• Free days, gently handled. When a recent day has no entries, the app quietly asks whether it was free of the habit or just unlogged — no streaks, no pressure. Confirmed free days show up in the calendar.

Fixes:
• Isolated empty days are now offered for review, not just unbroken gaps.
• Days before your first entry no longer count as “free” or as a clean streak.
• Analytics cards now line up correctly.
