Quality of physical product, is good. Easy functional steps. Only issue I’m having is getting PIR to work. I can open it the second time but first time is a problem. Can you release an update fix please. I have tried uninstall and reinstall but still same problem with initial crash. But since updating my iPhone 6 to iOS 12.1.3, I do not receive notifications when someone rings the doorbell. No this thing along with the app is terribly unreliable. I don't see how I could possibly use this device reliably. Can anyone let me know how I can use a much older version and see how that goes? I have moved my star rating from 3 stars to 2. It gets 2 because it looks good and when working it's great. Old review..... So far so good on the latest 1.0.26 version. The last version was terrible for me it, it would just freeze up all the time. I was having to restart the doorbell more often than I was having visitors just to get the app to start communicating. Fingers crossed for this one. One slight problem though is when I select record, the recordings only seem to stay for a few seconds then gone forever.
