I I think I have told all of my family and friends how wonderful it is to just sit in my chair with my iPad and browse. Even with today’s inevitable shortages of some of my favored items, I can scan and find something else interesting. I also am very happy that I do not have to have cash available to pay the drivers. Even the tips are added! And so far, all of the drivers are super friendly and helpful, bringing my order into my house. In all, I hope this service will continue as long as I am alive. Since I am handicapped it is very difficult to get out and shop. The items I ordered were exactly what I wanted except for a few substitutes which was fine with me. My ordered arrived promptly and I was very pleased. I received a few discounts which always puts a smile on my face. I know that I will be using Anycart as my “go to” online food delivery service. I have used Instacart for years, and was happy to see this new kid on the block. With Insta, I get push notifications to my cell phone with sometimes annoyingly regular updates...I don't get text alerts from Anycart, so what do you need my cell number for? Unfortunately, the only thing I can applaud them for are their recipes. We would love to help figure out why your orders keep getting cancelled. ### 2/5 — Not good on iPad *2021-04-13, version 1.0* I don’t understand shopping apps that don’t work on the iPad. I mean, this one technically works, but not well. It’s a tiny portrait orientation only app that you blow up to fill the iPad screen. That’s terrible. I use a keyboard case, so I hate any app that doesn’t allow landscape layout. But I guess I can just use the web browser. Still, I can’t believe it’s that much more effort to add a landscape layout and add an iPad version. I’m sure the app is probably better than two stars, but I refuse to use it on my iPad in its current state. ### 4/5 — Anycart needs to accept food stamps *2022-04-20, version 1.0.22* While I have enjoyed Anycart very much, when I mention it to friends, their common complaint is that You don't accept Food stamps which makes them choose Fry's or other retailers which Do accept Food stamps for their grocery needs to be delivered. I questioned Anycart at least 6 months ago and at that time was told you were working on it soon. But so far nothing. ### 4/5 — Almost perfect! *2022-04-20, version 1.0.22* This app works for me. I love the free delivery, no price markup for online delivery and the communication. My only disappointment is that a tip must be added at the time the order is placed. Not knowing in advance what my total bill will be makes it impossible to know how much tip I should add. I didn’t realize that this order did not have free shipping as it has had in the past but I do now,. For 30 days anyway. Your staff does a great job picking my order and bagging it With like items. It makes a big difference. Because to off load the delivery to door dash, they call and ask if it’s OK to leak on my porch which is the instruction in my order. I have used other delivery services with a similar name but their customer service is lacking. I have always had my orders on time or a little early until the other day my order did not show up so I called and the girl at customer service who helped me was awesome. She called Safeway and they said they had no idea what had happened and they would deliver the things within a half an hour to one hour. An hour and a half went by and still no groceries so I called again and the guy who helped me was just as helpful as the first person. He looked into it and the groceries were delivered within a very short period of time. Their fees are very reasonable and much less than other services and I would highly recommend anyone using them. ### 5/5 — Great Grocery Delivery Service *2022-05-28, version 1.0.23* I have used Anycart 4 times in the past several weeks and I’m very pleased with the service. They are on time, the drivers are very pleasant and keep you informed where they are in regards to how close they are to your location. Also like that I don’t get charged a delivery fee and get 10% of each grocery order. I highly recommend them. I also noticed that the prices for items at the store are very reasonable when I shop through Anycart, in fact, lower in price than when I tried using Instacart. I noticed that the price on a 12 pack of pop was $8.09 shopping through Instacart and $6.99 through Anycart.
