付款被骗，客服KK态度极差
微信和支付宝的链接点开，按照指引付款后被骗，不知道其他途径是否也是如此。对此反复与客户沟通，寻求帮助和更详细的指引，但态度恶劣，最后直接把我对话关掉后白屏，无法再找到客服。

Charged me for free trial
Although it states it has 3 days free trial, it charged me the moment I signed up for it. It was extremely slow and disconnected intermittently. Not usable like what it claims. Luckily I checked my purchased history and realised it charged me. I claimed refund and Apple refunded me.
