微信和支付宝的链接点开，按照指引付款后被骗，不知道其他途径是否也是如此。对此反复与客户沟通，寻求帮助和更详细的指引，但态度恶劣，最后直接把我对话关掉后白屏，无法再找到客服。

Is it really “Truly Stable Connectivity?”

They advertise a 99.9% uptime, but really, it’s as about as reliable as getting your news from Joe Rogan.

When it does work it is actually pretty fast, but what does that even matter if it barely even connects to begin with?

Charged me for free trial

Although it states it has 3 days free trial, it charged me the moment I signed up for it. It was extremely slow and disconnected intermittently. Not usable like what it claims. Luckily I checked my purchased history and realised it charged me. I claimed refund and Apple refunded me.
