I have went ahead and emailed XTM the company who purchased QRails via the contact us on their website. I have also reported the app to Apple for fraud and explained. Maybe if Apple puts pressure on the developers maybe we can get some answers or they’ll get shut down. We’ll see. Update 3/27/25: Just got notification the EWA is permanently suspended, welp 😂 ### 1/5 — Slowest Loading App Ever/ Can’t Process Same Day Payment *2025-03-26* This Is The Letter Employees Received From Our Employer: Dear Team Members, We want to provide an important update regarding AnyDay, our instant pay app. As you may be aware, AnyDay has been unable to process new fund requests. Unfortunately, they do not have a solution to resolve this issue for any of their partner companies. As a result, we have made the decision to discontinue our partnership with AnyDay. We understand this may be a significant inconvenience for those who rely on this service, and we sincerely apologize. Please know we are actively working to identify a new partner and will share updates as soon as more information becomes available. Key Details: You are no longer able to request new funds through the app You will still have access to any funds you’ve already withdrawn AnyDay will display an in-app message at 11 PM EST on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, notifying users that the program will officially end on April 30, 2025 Please spend or transfer any remaining funds on your AnyDay card by April 30, 2025 AnyDay is offering one free ACH transfer (the usual $1.50 fee will be waived) You may continue to use your AnyDay card for purchases, ATM withdrawals, and in-person bank withdrawals until the program ends ### 1/5 — No transparency *2025-03-25, version 2.0.3* The service has been down over 4 weeks, and there is no information available. Your offering an app to corporations only not to deliver a service . The app is slow sending your money even when it does work and its very buggy majority of the time . App has been down for over a month now and their customer service can’t give you a clear answer as to what is going on. I’m suspecting a data breach and not a real internal technical issue. Not great knowing they have access to our bank information, Social Security #’s, etc. Super shady company. Look into using Dailypay or Payactiv. Mind you this isn’t instagram or twitter.. this app has our sensitive payment information and has been down over a month. Weird for a financial app. When I try to reach support from this platform it link to an unknown page. Also, looks like the app or entire company crashed late Feb and was never able to fix its technical issues. Initially there was no message to users, then they posted a canned pop-up message and eventually my company just terminated their partnership with AnyDay and I workout a pretty large organization. ### 1/5 — Not helpful *2025-04-04, version 2.0.3* This app has been unavailable for weeks. I hope a fix is figured out soon. ### 1/5 — QRails Epic Failure *2025-04-03, version 2.0.3* Are you a California resident wondering why you've been unable to access your earned wages for ALMOST TWO MONTHS? My guess is that Anyday US (QRails) did not take proactive measures to ensure they were in compliance with the NEW CALIFORNIA LAW effective 2/15/25 requiring EWA providers to register with the DFPI, provide operational and financial information, and adhere to state lending laws. All EWA providers KNEW it was coming! Many employees at my company have voiced complaints and have requested a new EWA provider. Get your $&@! together QRails. ### 1/5 — was good while it lasted *2025-04-03* Update:I am so disgusted with this company! When I called over a month ago and you read me that script I bet you knew then that yall weren't ever gonna be able to resolve these issues yet instead of having respect to tell us you chose to hide it. I can't believe how you all have conducted business. I'm so glad my company is finding us a new company to do business with because this is definitely not how to conduct business. I had wondered when Alight mentioned the name change to Anyday! A name change isn't gonna solve anything but it's clear now why the business flipped. Look at how customers who keep you in business are treated!
