Brian himself doesn’t even use OR teach people to use Zillow for comps. But his app does.... 2. Why can’t you save deals? Every single time you have to completely redo the entire process. Make a save deal function... 3. You can’t edit the email that is sent out with the deal info. It’s auto loaded into your email but you can’t change any of the copy. Even Deal Machine makes the copy editable on their postcards.... 2 Stars. ### 1/5 — Can’t use anything on the free trial *2019-08-21, version 1.2* I signed up for the free 3 day trial today. I just opened the app and tried to see what it had. It won’t let me see anything it wants me to pay for to see any results. I was hopeful with this app, but it’s not at all what I expected. ### 1/5 — Using ARV from Zillow Zestimate *2019-08-15, version 1.1* This app would be great if it had legitimate comps. Without legit comps the ARV is incorrect. This app uses Zillow’s Zestimate as the “ARV” and as we know Zillow isn’t the correct way to determine a homes value let alone after repair value unless you’re looking at comps of SOLD homes. Once this app is able to pull comps to calculate ARV then it would be a game changer. You can honestly do most of the simple math without this app on your own. ### 1/5 — Can't sign up *2019-08-03, version 1.1* I've made a few attempts to sign up for the free trial. It will not allow me to go pass putting my phone number in. I subscribed and did not cancel within the time of the free trial because it was useful. So I did use it for a month or so. But soon I began establishing my own buy formulas. I unsubscribed from the monthly plan and have been for two months now. However, I am still being charged monthly. Checked my Apple settings and I am not subscribed. So that can't be the reason. Clicked on the app saw no option for customer service. I am unable to use the app since I am unsubscribed. In fact I am instructed to do so. Once I downloaded the updated version of AnyDeals I noticed that now you can not select monthly. And will be charged for 5months. Which is why I have to give it 1 ⭐️. Because the previous version did not state for”5 months”. And if it is going to be packaged as a 5month plan users should have access until the plan is up. Instead of making users re-purchase the package they are all ready being charged for. Technical Support needs to fix this. ### 1/5 — Ridiculous *2021-03-09, version 1.11* Won’t let me opt out of my 7day free trial. Forcing a charge on my card and you can’t even send a email or contact them in the contact us link. Any Deal Should be called "The 60-Second Exclusive Offer App." I literally type in my criteria and receive a formal multiple offer document in less than one minute. But I would like to see a handful of improvements that I think would set it over the top. 1. Save a property search/info so I don’t have to keep putting it in. (If this is in the app and I missed it, my apologies.) 2. I know it shows you the cash buyers price but I’d love it if it showed the cash buyers total price with rehab cost included. That’s being very picky on my end but the less I have to use the calculator the better. 3.
