Pretty basic control over the doorbell and the firmware requires updating, as the time stamp is incorrect, with no way of correcting it on the app. There are also missing time zones from the setup menu. Would be a good product with a little more effort put into the app to get the bugs sorted. ### 3/5 — Could be much better *2021-07-03, version 1.1.1* This could be much better. Sometimes it’s too sensitive and it rings constantly. Other times it doesn’t ring at all. It has a very long charge which is good but when it starts the battery to discharge it continually will ring. Very annoying! It can be a good camera when it’s working right. I could not see what I was doing and it took me 15 minutes to put in the Wifi name and password. And even when I was installing it, the slightest wiggle would make a horrible alarm sound. It doesn’t work and needs to be fixed now. I’ve tried everything and still it doesn’t work. ### 2/5 — Update Ruined Notifications *2020-11-10, version 1.1.1* After a recent update, you are unable to customize the way you are notified of motion or when someone rings the doorbell. Now it is a simple chime that cannot be changed, and isn’t distinguishable from other notifications. This causes me to miss it quite often. After the update they disabled record mode to the SIM card so you have to pay for the cloud which is why I will be deleting this app and getting a different doorbell ### 1/5 — Avoid! The camera no longer gives me notifications when someone is at the door or motion. Finally got it fixed switched phones now back to ring on phone not working company out of business ### 3/5 — Apple *2020-07-07* Works fine IPhone 6 but doesn’t work on I phone 11 are planning on do any updates so does work ???????? ### 2/5 — have no idea if it records or where to find recordings *2020-06-08, version 1.0.25* i have no idea if it records when youre not on the app. i literally dont see anything in the cloud album supposably where every film should be located in. i get notifications so late, by the time i am notified that someones at the door, they are already inside sitting down. i get confused in how to work the app. when i look at the live footage it looks clear so that a pro out of a lot of cons. ### 3/5 — Besides being to sensitive it’s great *2020-05-21, version 1.0.25* I get constant notifications when the wind is a little stronger or a bird fly’s by. It’s really bad at night when you get constantly woken up but there’s nothing there. I’ve even changed the settings so it would not constantly alert me, but it still does. I only have Postal carrier, UPS or one of my children maybe come once a week where I live since it’s very secluded so it shouldn’t go off 2-3 times an hour; especially at night when gophers dig up the yard; shouldn’t be sensitive for an object that small like a gopher or bird. Other than that it’s a great App with really good picture quality even at night and sound is just as good. Don’t buy or use this. It’s rubbish, it’s always been rubbish, it always fails and doesn’t send you pushes in a timely manner and when you tried to connect it won’t connect. The HelpLink domain in the App Store is now up for sale! Do not buy any software or device from these people because they are gone. My device now doesn’t work at all.. At present the app is not working at all it constantly wants refreshing. It used to work but has degenerated until it doesn’t work at all at the moment. The camera still records and I can view in cloud but if I want to access it when someone has rung the bell, it states wrong password. Originally received with an EU plug instead of UK. Support was great. They acknowledged they made a mistake and shipped out the correct one straight away. Picture quality is good, but sometimes quite a delay in receiving the update. Developers: could you please offer a different sound for motion activated sensor than if the doorbell is pressed? Currently both the same door chime sound which is annoying. Over all very pleased with this product working fine on IPhone. ### 4/5 — Works well - good solution. *2018-12-23* The app works well and connects to your wifi. Can monitor movement and people ringing the doorbell then speak to them easily. The mobile app is quite responsive, and works well. You can add a SD card for storage of video and piccies. Comes with rechargeable batteries and can also wire to 12v supply if required. All in all worked first time. So far so good.
