In my over 15 years of experience in business, I have worked with many vendors and suppliers. However, my experience with Anyline was not up to my expectations. I had concerns about the level of service, the unprofessional approach of their leadership, including the CEO and founder, the way they handled sensitive information and felt that they were in breach of GDPR regulations, and the lack of transparency about their pricing and the way they manipulated clients. This is the first time I have encountered such issues in my long history of working with suppliers and vendors.

This is a great app. I process a large number of mobile phones, scanning there imei numbers and saving that number to my business forms would save a crazy amount of time apposed to manually typing/ writing the number. This app does exactly what i need EXCEPT it does not allow the user to copy the scanned number allowing you to paste it elsewhere. This simple flaw makes the great app completely useless to me. Please fix this issue!

**Developer response:** Hi there! Thank you for sharing your feedback. In the meantime it is actually possible to copy scan results to the clipboard and paste them somewhere else. Try it out yourself! Just tab and hold the text you want to copy.

After using different OCR scanners through out the years. Anyline has surpassed my expectations with their amazing level of support in tandem with their great accuracy.
