Everywhere even apps or website. ### 2/5 — Bad interference *2020-03-02, version 1.2.1* About half through my first conference call with a client I got a sound like a fax machine that lasted a few seconds. I can’t have that kind of unreliability. Looking for a new VIOP. ### 2/5 — Can’t join from meeting invite *2020-02-21, version 1.1* Have been using anymeeting 2020 as an attendee for the past 3 days. Don’t see any of the chat or the option to type in so am unable to use it. When having a 1:1 with someone the app left my camera black even though I’d given it permission to use the camera. Can’t join the meeting from the invite, have to have the 9 digit code. Did uninstall and reinstall to see if it improved, it didn’t. I hope these issues will be fixed soon. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Non functional garbage *2025-01-10, version 1.277.0* I have used AnyMeeting for years on my Mac and just wanted to add a new meeting using my iPad. You have to download the app to even interact with the product and cannot set up a meeting just using the browser. The app is catastrophically bad. There is no way to add a new future meeting, you can only start an instant meeting or join one already set up (presumably somewhere else). There is no way to delete or archive a meeting either. Even if you start an instant meeting you cannot change the “WELCOME” title. The help offering has been massively degraded. There is no chat accessible from the app, even from within an actual meeting. On the website help you also get directed to host pilot and need a separate account for this. So as a paying customer, I cannot even get simple help. All I wanted to do was set up a meeting in the future; the very simplest of tasks. It seems that intermedia are only interested in pure profit as evidenced by their cost cutting measures at the expense of the customers. I think there are free alternatives better than this now. ### 1/5 — Consume mucha batería *2021-06-04* De por si no es ni de lejos la mejor aplicación de conferencias y mi queja específica es que no dura mucho la batería. Our company has tried most if not all the current video conferencing applications and anymeeting has been by far the most reliable. By adding this tool we’ve not only become more efficient but we’ve given our team back time in their daily lives. ### 5/5 — New version of my favorite video conferencing app *2020-01-24, version 1.0.4* Simple and effective video conferencing app, with great improvements over the old version: - Video quality has improved dramatically - Video playback is heavy on cpu/battery, but you can now swipe to the attendee screen (and lose the video feed - but save the battery) - You can swipe between desktop-sharing- presentation and video conferencing feed, so if your meeting is boring, you can switch to looking at attendee faces - You can now host a meeting from the mobile app. Finally, I can be stuck in traffic and host my meetings at the same time. In short: great update for already awesome app, thank you Anymeeting team! ### 4/5 — Works well with lots of options *2021-03-03, version 1.213* We have been using this platform from 2017 or 2016 And it works very well. I like it a lot better than ZOOM. We had webinar with people in town Calgary, Vancouver, Ontario, Manitoba, Halifax and many from very Norrhern Alberta in their home reservations. It was easy to use some using the phone app but most on their computer (much better). Break out group was better than other platforms with more options. ### 4/5 — Great video app while on the move (or at home) *2020-12-10, version 1.208* Great video quality and easy to use. The app automatically adapt the video quality based on bandwidth so this helps in areas with poor WiFi or 3G/4G coverage. ### 2/5 — good conferencing, iPad app extremely limited *2020-04-09* The conferencing service is as good as any other out there, so no complaints here. My problem is that the mobile apps only expose a fraction of the functionality of the desktop browser interface. Scheduling meetings, managing recordings and a lot of other stuff is not supported, even on an iPad pro. Just to give you an idea, there’s an icon there which in any other app of this world would allow me to upload a photo of myself, but you can’t click on it. The cryptic meeting URL is customizable on the computer, but not in the app. This is particularly annoying for people who mostly use an iPad for work: even if you try to log into AnyMeeting on the desktop website, it immediately opens the iPad app, and you have no way of getting to the web version for the advanced settings. I needed to use the browser in a Knox Workspace on a Samsung phone to get there.
