With the official resale and ticket distribution to friends, the AnyPASS application makes it easy to do all sorts of things at a live concert!

使いやすいし空席を作りにくくてファン側ももアーティスト側にも良い制度なのに、BOTが出回りすぎて代行や詐欺が横行してるので、スマホからのみ出品＆購入出来るようにしてほしい

とにかく見辛い入力しづらい入力間違えてサポートに連絡したら何度も同じ内容をあちこち情報探させて同じフォームに何度も何度も入れさせて嫌がらせして諦めて泣き寝入りさせようとする。そもそも誤入力した内容をそのまま書いて情報が完全一致しないとその先話が進まないなんて拷問に値する。そんな物把握出来るわけがない。おかげ様でチケット受け取れない。みなさん絶対にこのアプリ使ってはいけない。このアプリ指定されたら最悪チケット代金全額失うことになる。もう二度と使わない。このアプリ指定されたら今後はそのイベント却下だ‼️

이 어플은 최악임. 수수료를 중간에서 엄청 받는데 cs를 전혀 안함. 한국 회사, 아티스트들은 이런 쓰레기회사랑 절대 계약하지 마세요. 
왜 이딴 어플을 쓰게하는지 이해할수없음.

このアプリでしかライブチケットがとれないのが本当に困ります。

皆さんかいてますが、問い合わせしてもトンチンカンな返信。
本当にあきれます…。
何度か問い合わせしましたが解決になっていない答えが返ってくるのがもう当たり前のような感じです。

本人確認が必要ですってあるけどそれをどのように行うのか記載がなく、きたメールアドレスに返信すると、もう一度アプリのお問い合わせからご本人がお願いしますと…
え？私本人ですけど、、最初から本人がアプリの問い合わせからしてますけど？って言う感じです…。。

最終的に、入場できるかは会場の判断です、で終わらされました。

問い合わせセンターは平日の11時〜17時のみだし、問い合わせても1日おいて返信がくる状態で、話が全く進みません。発券から１週間、ずっと行けるのか気になりながら過ごし、金曜に会場次第と突き放され終わりました。リセールも終わってしまっていますし、当日は行き当たりばったりです…。

アプリのせいで純粋にライブを楽しめません。

何らかのトラブルでチケットを受け取れなくても、anypass側は何もできないようです。
トラブルなく使われてる方の方が多いとは思いますが、何かあった時のストレスが半端ないです。
必須ではないエンタメ業界でこんな経験をしてしまうと、このサービスじゃなくてもあんまりお金をかけたくなくなるでしょう。
もしこのアプリでチケット購入を検討してる方は違う選択肢を選び、すでに買ってしまったり、これしか選択肢がなければ購入時の電話番号、住所をしっかりご確認ください。

リセール予定のチケットが発行出来ない。
電話番号変更の手続きをしてもらおうとしていたが、対応がかなり悪くリセールの時間に間に合いませんでした。

前日に東京ドームで「このURLから電話番号変更が出来ます。」と言われたが、実際は間違ったURLで、変更は出来ませんでした。
リセールが可能な最終日の昼ぐらいに正しいURLの載っているメールが届きました。もちろんリセールには間に合いませんでした。

これで返金対応も無視されているので、このアプリと会社は信用しない方がいいです。
メール対応しかしておらず、AIでの対応なのか返信が適当です。

1もつけたくない。電話番号を変更したくて問い合わせしたのに一向に繋がらない。何回送っても返信が無い。何日待っても返信が無い。本当に終わってますこのアプリ。電話番号を変更してしまってアプリに全くログインできない状態なのに、一向に対応してくれない。お金は払ったのにアプリにログインすることができない状態で、チケットを受け取ることができない。不安で仕方ない。ライブが近付くに連れて苛立ちと不安でずっと携帯とにらめっこしてました。本当にこのアプリでの入場をどうにかしてほしい。こんなクソアプリに任せていいんですか？運営がクソ。メールの返信ぐらいできますよね。
