Whats with these reviews pretending its for 'nomads'? What kind of app wouldnt bother adding other cities? This is the most pretentious and useless app Ive ever seen. ### 1/5 — ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY/ Book direct *2022-04-08, version 7.0.2* This company only cares about making money off people and nothing else. They made a mistake and sent my security deposit to the wrong place upon my checkout and up to 2 months later hold no accountability for it or are trying to get me my proper refund of my deposit. It has now been 2 months and the company is trying to push the situation under the rug and told me that’s it’s up to me to get my security deposit from the bank they sent it to. WHEN I EXPLICITLY LET THEM KNOW EXACTLY WHERE TO SEND IT PRIOR TO IT HAPPENING. The supervisors are completely useless in the situation and don’t seem to be interested in fixing this issue or even helping it since they got their money and I moved out already. DO NOT. DO NOT. DO NOT. DO NOT. DO NOT use this platform ! Book with these properties directly and you’ll receive better customer service , prices , and you won’t be left to wonder what’s going on if there is a problem. I will never recommend this company to anyone and quite frankly I don’t see the usefulness of a company like this because they’re just middle men in the rooming situation and profiting off people trying to find comfortable rooms to stay. ### 1/5 — Don’t have nothing *2019-06-01, version 1.1* They don’t have nothing in major local cities like Dallas, Ft. Would love if you give it another try! ### 2/5 — Glorified Apartment and co-living finder *2021-04-05* I caught an article on digital nomads where executives were claiming to best Airbnb in this category. Add this to the list of apps claiming to get digital nomads, this app is in it for the SEO as it falls flat. This is a glorified 1 bedroom month to month apartment finder with a misleading search interface due to lack of places (not apps fault) or poor taste (total blame goes to app). Not setup for a family. Also, it’s either apartment hunter (1 br in the 2-4K/month range) or “unique stays” (at 12-14k/month). The challenge is still out there, cool untapped locations with good infrastructure, cool vibe and looking for a boost in their economy without having to sell out to the 3-day/4-night insta-travelers that bring no real lasting economic benefit but have really cool picture and a lot of likes. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback, Alexander! For a decade, I've been working and living as a nomadic alien, but couldn find a best fit accommodation to work seriously. Their accomodation is fully equiped and useful to live and work together. It helps us to find monthly housings that rent around $1,000. Every accommodation has enough utilities like WiFi, kitchen, bed, and everything for livings. My first time I booked through the app is in San Francisco. My previous housing through the other website has been suddenly canceled, and that was really confusing to me. Eventually, this app enabled me to find the best place in my life instantly. Actually, I have lived here still 🙂 Customer support is awesome! They are so kind and helpful anytime when you have something to ask. Also, their housing has already been accessed across the world.
