### 4/5 — Great read

*2026-08-25, version 3.1.5*

Loving the characters and the way they are interacting, good story line looking forward to reading where this is going

### 3/5 — Not the best

*2026-08-24, version 3.1.5*

Difficult to navigate. For the “shorts”, you can’t pick a chapter or even see how many chapters are in story. You also can’t watch ads to get characters for the short stories, possibly other popular longer books too. I got annoyed and deleted it. There are better apps out there, they just don’t have the same content. Oh , well.

### 4/5 — Stories

*2026-08-19, version 3.1.5*

The stories so far have been entertaining! It helps showcase I believe new writers and I appreciate that. The CEO was a great story but there was a lot of little things that got over looked and I believe it’s because there was a lot going on.

### 1/5 — This is dumb.

*2026-08-17, version 3.1.5*

The advertisement said I could read for free- and it’s not free!

### 1/5 — “The billionaire saw what her husband ignored”.!

*2026-08-16, version 3.1.5*

The app says free read then promptly asks for money to read! Scam!

### 1/5 — Not Free

*2026-08-15, version 3.1.5*

Downloaded app because it said Read for Free. As soon as you read the part that was free in the advertisement they ask you buy points/coins or whatever they are selling to continue reading. There is no free reading apparently so all false advertising.

### 1/5 — $40 a WEEK for ai generated prompts, this app needs more 1 star reviews

*2026-08-15, version 3.1.5*

Simply subscribe for $40 a week, or $160 a month to read stories that have “chapters” of not even 1000 words. Like seriously these “chapters” are so short you read them in 2 minutes and need at least 20 more credits to unlock your next 2 maybe 3 paragraphs, and then there’s ways to earn credits, for example if you watch a 60 second ad you get 2 whole credits which is INSANE. It wants you to share your data and this whole thing is prompted around “supporting the writers” which is only there to make you feel bad, but again, this stuff is ai generated and just bad. I read one chapter that was so poorly AI generated it ultimately made no sense as part of the story. It’s disgusting these grifters want to charge you $40 a week for something you could have chat GPT write you for free. Go to Ao3 for better stories and the best part it’s FREE.

And I’m sure developer response is another generated response about reporting ai generated stories… which would mean something if ALL of them weren’t ai generated. If you really wanna spend $40 a week on something, I’ll write you any story you want for that and I won’t use chat GPT to do it. And if you’re confused about the rating of the app, it’s also incredibly simple. Apps like this rely on ai content, so they bump their app with ads and pay for reviews (like how some people on YouTube pay for views) like if you look through the reviews A LOT of the ones that are over 4 stars have the same exact wording, they aren’t even trying to hide it. Just scrolling through I saw about 25 that are 5 stars saying the same exact thing “love app and stories” or “love stories”. And if you actually sit and read the reviews they repeat it’s kinda crazy how well this works.

Don’t spend money on this app, they don’t have “writers” they have a couple of people who ai generate stories and market themselves as writers and then grossly overcharge you for something I’m not kidding, you literally could do yourself.

Also be warned, I’ve seen a lot of reviews talking about how they trap you in these subscriptions and make it hard on purpose to unsubscribe from $40 a week. A lot of people report the subscription for Apple doesn’t go through Apple, which in an of itself is a deliberate practice to literally pry as much money out of you as they can seeing as you’re struck opening and entire new bank account or waiting for the processing of your financial institution to process the stop payments or disputes which don’t happen in a timely manner either leaving these grifters to take your money exploiting a loophole in the system.

Seriously, don’t give them money. I don’t care how “amazing” the story seems, chat GPT is cheaper than this if you really want it. And again, Ao3 is free.

### 3/5 — Great stories, Horrible app

*2026-08-14, version 3.1.5*

I love the stories/books but the app will not launch. It is very inconvenient, especially when I have a weekly subscription, and can’t even use the app to enjoy.

### 3/5 — Story awesome price not

*2026-08-14, version 3.1.5*

The story is awesome I love it. But $20 for a subscription is a bit much and $20 for 3000 coins is much too especially when to finish the story is 17500 coins. If this where a printed book I would spend probably $15 to $20 on the whole book to read how ever many times I want. I mean yea you can earn bonus coins and watch ads to earn chapters but that’s a lot of ads too. 5 minutes of reading for 3 minutes of ads.

### 3/5 — Too Many Unfinished Stories

*2026-08-13, version 3.1.5*

It seems that I always get interested in stories that never get finished.

### 1/5 — Read Free

*2026-08-08, version 3.1.5*

Why does it say “Read Free” and then ask you to pay? Scam!!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Riddled with grammatical errors

*2026-08-26, version 3.1.5*

Every story is riddled with grammatical errors and nonsensical plots. The annual cost wouldn’t be bad if the quality was good. There is basically one story that’s worth the money, that’s what’s promoted to get your money and data.

### 1/5 — AnyStories

*2026-08-25, version 3.1.5*

App is not working will not open to read anything

### 1/5 — Fraudulent

*2026-08-25, version 3.1.5*

Update - thank you for response, however, when you give options like “£4.99 for x00 coins” “£9.99 for y,000 coins” and then offer “£14.99 to unlock remaining 132 chapters” you are specifically saying that £14.99 will be sufficient to unlock 132 chapters. Therefore, your response is not dealing with the problem. I bought 132 chapters and only received a handful. This is fraud.

Original review: I started a story, paid £4.99 for additional credits thinking it would get me further but only purchased a few more chapters. Against my better judgement I then selected the option to read the “remaining 132 chapters” for £14.99. I was given only 10 more chapters and the credits ran out. How can this be correct when the purchase option specifically referenced that the payment would buy all remaining chapters.
This has to be fraudulent!

### 1/5 — Take the 5hour wait time away

*2026-08-24, version 3.1.5*

Started reading a book from this app and can’t stop reading. Like all book apps you have to pay to read more or they give you ads to watch to read or earn points. HOWEVER it allows you to read 4 chapters then pause for 5hours before you can read another 4 chapters for free. (Which you have to watch the ads anyways)

### 1/5 — New update crash launch of app

*2026-08-23, version 3.1.5*

After the update not able to get into the app to use the app

### 1/5 — Great stories, Horrible app

*2026-08-22, version 3.1.5*

I love the stories/books but the app will not launch. It is very inconvenient, especially when I have a weekly subscription, and can’t even use the app to enjoy. 8-22-2026 Update, I am still getting charged and still cannot access the app, and no one has contacted me. I guess the only thing I can do is to cancel my card, which is a huge inconvenience, because now I have to update my info with every one.

### 1/5 — Regret Subscribing

*2026-08-22, version 3.1.5*

Badly generated AI including “chapters” before actual chapters that are literally the prompts used to write the chapter. Overpriced for the quality. All stories I checked out started with interesting storylines and quickly deteriorated into repetitive and unimaginative p*rn after the first 5-10 chapters. Flagged as fraud by my bank - which has never happened to me with any other purchase in 8 years - then continued to attempt to charge multiple times after unsubscribing.

### 1/5 — Fraudulent

*2026-08-19, version 3.1.5*

I started a story, paid £4.99 for additional credits thinking it would get me further but only purchased a few more chapters. Against my better judgement I then selected the option to read the “remaining 132 chapters” for £14.99. I was given only 10 more chapters and the credits ran out. ### 1/5 — Too expensive. The point unlocking chapter system needs to change

*2026-08-19, version 3.1.5*

I downloaded this because I loved the stories. They are great, amazing even. However, why is it that i need to pay 5 dollars for 13 chapters (each 6-7 pages long)? Additionally, the books here are often 200+ chapters. I would need to pay $92 just to finish that book. The subscription is $90 a month. Which is simply unrealistically expensive. Those are literally my groceries for a whole week. Either way, for people addicted to reading these, the unlimited subscription could be worth it if it was like $70. However, the points system unlocking chapters needs to change. I have never even seen a price so high on a book. Even more so on a DIGITAL book. They call them “chapters” but they’re literally SIX PAGES. You pay 0.38 per page. That’s crazy. You can’t watch ads either you HAVE to pay. Honestly really disappointed.

### 1/5 — Don’t bother-not free

*2026-08-18, version 3.1.5*

Says free. Nope. Not even with ads to go chapter by chapter. Save your time (and money!)

### 5/5 — Old favorite app

*2026-08-31, version 3.1.5*

Books grabs a hold of my curiosity I want to read more I used to get the coupons every day but I c it’s changed great stories and writers my cell reception sucked 4 yrs ago

### 5/5 — Amazing App

*2026-08-26, version 3.1.5*

I have been in this app for quite sometime now! There’s a few other apps that I keep, but I kept returning to this one. Thank you admin for the generosity! 💜

### 5/5 — Rating five only because that how this gets seen

*2026-08-25, version 3.1.5*

The stories themselves are really good, besides some minor spelling mistakes. However not sure why it’s 19.99$ a WEEK for a membership or almost 240$ a year there’s not a monthly membership option which really should be the 19.99$ because what the heck is this subscription system.

### 5/5 — Review

*2026-08-25, version 3.1.5*

I have had this app for a long time and love it. The only issue I’d say is that I wish it had more opportunities to gain coins or to watch video for chapters.

### 5/5 — Great Read!

*2026-08-24, version 3.1.5*

I loved the different view of the constant battle between good and evil!!

### 5/5 — Donato

*2026-08-17, version 3.1.5*

Fantastic writing. Allison is the best writer I have read on your site. She deserves our cover books in a movie right for her work on Accardi and Donato.

### 5/5 — One weekend with the Billionaire

*2026-08-16, version 3.1.5*
