This difference just billed me 3 times for the same request. After six months it went from $9/mo to $15/mo. They also charge you $1.50 per letter per month to store it! This is for storing an item in a box that you ALREADY PAY FOR! That means you can forget waiting until you have 10+ letters to forward together to your international address (to make it economical). I once used to recommend this service but not anymore. However, at some point in recent years, the USPS has shifted the requirements so that you must verify the address that you’re forwarding your mail to. Which is really ridiculous since I can just walk in and pick up my mail with no verification required. Further, if I want to ship something to somewhere other than my home address, for example, to a sibling, or if I am traveling, I have to go through the whole reverification process all over again. There have been a few nuisance bugs in the app, but they were fixed quickly. I believe that Anytime Mailbox is a platform that allows local P.O. Box suppliers to provide this virtual mailbox service by using the anytime mailbox backend and scanning hardware. Ours is hosted by a local mom and pop place that was where we used to live. The service can be phenomenal; if it’s not for you, you may want to try a different location within their network. ### 5/5 — Awesome *2025-03-28* I have been using the company for almost a year now and they service I receive is incredible. From one easy click to have my mail forwarded, to open and scan and even deposit checks received. I have never had any problems and if there had been something I needed I sent via email and was responded to efficiently. Impossible to cancel subscription because it’s not an option on the website. Have to jump through hoops to get verified and customer service is horrible. There are way more viable online mailboxes, this is not one of them STAY AWAY.
