Per-minute car rental service for drivers over 19 years of age with over one year of experience.

Взяли машину надолго, километраж оставшийся и время не видно, надо на калькуляторе считать остаток, поддержка говорит неправильные оставшиеся километры из-за чего докупили 100км лишних. Переходит с тарифа дневного на поминутный и не предупреждает. Поддержка не клиентоориентирована, ужасно

Без завершённой регистрации бронирование оформить невозможно - это обязательный шаг перед доступом к функции бронирования. Если код не приходит, проверьте, пожалуйста, корректность номера и связь/сигнал. Также можно попробовать запросить код повторно или перезагрузить приложение. Если ситуация повторяется, пожалуйста, напишите нам на support@any-time.by, уточнив детали ситуации.

Требуют фото с пропиской. У меня давно ид карта. Какая прописка. Или действующую медсправку. Т.Е. я должен процти мед комиссию чтобы зарегистрировать? Да ну вас. Зарегестрировался спокойно у конкурентов и езжу. Желаю компании с тами подходом скатываться в сторону банкротства

К сожалению, у нас нет доступа к считыванию информации с ID-карт. Для этого мы предлагаем загрузить любой документ, подтверждающий адрес регистрации/прописки.
