J’ai acheté cette application en février 2023 en payant avec mon compte PayPal. Je l’ai immédiatement annulé le lendemain afin de ne pas être facturé l’année suivante. Et bien ils ont quand même pris un paiement en février 2024. Impossible d’annuler l’abonnement. J’ai donc été obligé de fermer mon compte PayPal. Même avec une contestation avec PayPal, je n’ai pas réussi à me faire rembourser. Cette compagnie vole les gens.

Bought the cheapest plan for 35$ to try and send files from one phone to another through a computer, couldn’t get anything to work, contacted support and heard nothing. Total waste of money and wouldn’t refund me when I couldn’t get it to work.

This is not user friendly. Got it so I could print transcripts of certain text message threads.  Didn't follow the date range so wound up printing 20 sheets in the tiniest size font you really cannot read. Useless for the most part.

Both the desktop app and iOS app seeking to scan a QR code. None provides a function to generate one. So you get a scan of your phone on the desktop or your desktop on the phone.  No QR anywhere

Seit einiger Zeit funktioniert die PC Version nicht mehr richtig. Elemente werden nicht erkannt, die Verbindung bleibt unvollständig, zumindest über USB Kabel. Habe gedacht ich probiere die App für‘s Smartphone. Schon das Registrieren ist ein Problem. Bei der Eingabe nur Leerzeichen statt der üblichen Platzhalter Sternchen. Kam auf die Idee zu recherchieren, wer der Herausgeber ist. Und die sitzen anscheinend in Hongkong. Also Vorsicht !

Un logiciel qui est, ou plutôt, qui était bien.

Ce matin un informaticien lance une mise à jour de 14,5 mégas, autant dire rien en terme de données,.. soit disant pour corriger des bugs, et améliorer la stabilité avec 14,5 mégas !!!

Conclusion j’avais tout organisé comme il fallait, une centaine de dossiers que j’ai créer « nommés » et chaque dossier comprenant une dizaine de fichier, j’installe la mise à jour ce matin, j’ouvre le logiciel dans la foulée, je constate que l’interface est différente, beaucoup moins bien !! Et horreur, quand j’ai ouvert l’onglet oú il y avait mes dossiers, plus aucun nom, tout ce que j’avais renommé au niveau des dossiers et fichiers, plus aucun nom, pour savoir qu’elle dossier j’ouvrais, et pour les fichiers pareil, rien !!!

Donc la solution apres une mise à jour comme ça, soit :

Renommer les 100 dossiers que j’avais créer, ainsi que les 10 fichiers par dossiers soit 1000 à renommer !!!!!

Dernière option, prendre mon autre iPhone ayant l’ancienne version de votre logiciel, désinstaller tout ce qu’il y avait sur ce téléphone pour recharger la sauvegarde de mon autre téléphone afin de récupérer tout votre logiciel dans son ancienne version… 

J’ai réussi par la dernière option, à tout récupérer, mais je m’en suis sorti avec 2h de perdu cet après midi pour lancer un AirDrop et retrouver un ghost de l’ancienne version de logiciel via mon autre iPhone.

Une honte, votre logiciel marche parfaitement sous iOS 26.3, alors pourquoi sortir une mise à jour qui fait tout planter, qu’elle est l’interêt ?????!!!!!!!

Merci de supprimer cette mise à jour que avez diffusé sur l’AppStore, et qui ne sert strictement à rien !!! Si ce n’est à m’avoir fait perdre 2h de mon temps pour retrouver l’ancienne version de votre soft et qui marche parfaitement.

Votre logiciel, du moins l’ancienne version est parfaite, stable, facile à utiliser, alors pourquoi faire une mise à jour qui ruine votre application ??!!!

Là, je n’arrive pas a comprendre, vous avez une note de 2,7 sur 5 ce qui est plus que médiocre, et les clients, comme moi, qui ne disaient rien, mais qui étaient satisfaits, vous ruiner l’usage de votre app, vous voulez perdre tous vos utilisateurs ??!!

Supprimez cette mise à jour de l’AppStore !!!!

Die App funktioniert nicht mit einem Mac (macOs 26) noch mit einem iPhone 16 (iOS 26.0.1) - wozu soll das denn überhaupt taugen?
Spart Euch die Zeit der Installation - FUNKTIONIERT NICHT!

Und an apple diese App entfernen.

The only way you can save your phone without having to replace it. It took me no time to fill half a terabyte. As much as I say I love to carry my music around, and have some pretty heavy duty books, the likes of the Merck Manuals, a couple of DSM versions etal., it doesn't take long to fill my phone. I prefer keeping everything on my phone as opposed to storing it on other servers [Where it may be intercepted in transit either way]. This is the app that helps you flush anything on your iPhone you want onto a computer, regardless if you have Internet or not. These guys are absolute geniuses for this creation. 

I'm still blown away at the speed with which You're able to transfer gigabytes of photos/files onto my computer. You more than outdid Apple's iTunes by enabling every possible module to be transferable to or even from computer. I love that I can drop any file (onto the likeness of my iPhone) on your software, and how your software knows just where to place it: Notes, Photos, Books, Apps, which by the way, if you can no longer find it at the App Store, once stored on your computer,  it's always available because of iMobie's AnyTrans!! AnyTime!! ❤️❌⭕️❌ to ALL of you at iMobie!

I used this to help transfer my music files that I had purchased from ITunes back in the day to my Light Phone 2. I have no experience with music files at all. I was able to save them to my iCloud on my iPad as an interim step and then drag the files onto my playlist on the Light Phone 2 dashboard.  For reference, I am a 43 year old woman and TERRIBLE with technology.  This is the only app that worked as promised.  It was very intuitive too.

This is a amazing software I have never seen before I transferred all my data and photos to another iPhone, before using the app, I had tried hundreds of other apps to transfer photos, photos were lost somehow or the connection stopped. I have never face the issue using the app. I recommend it to all my friends to use it. It is free and stable. Unbelievable. Super stable. There are photos quantities to show due transfer, accurate. You don’t worry to lose anything. Appreciate to have it.

Don’t understand all the negativity here.  I use it often to move files back and forth from my iPad/iPhone to my pc.
Was pleasantly surprised that I could delete photos from my iPad through this ap when I couldn’t through my iPad provisions.

でも、サポートが毎回問い合わせに対して一日以内にちゃんと返事をくれて、返金諦めてたけど対応してくれた。期待してた機能がもし付いたら購入また考えます。
