Recently it is showing info from 15-20minutes prior or not at all. I thought it was a great app and attempted to support it by upgrading. But the Proceed button next to the upgrade notice turned out to be an advertiser banner asking for card details, which I entered. My card was charged three times, up to $60. I got my funds returned but had to cancel my card and deal with reorganising 20 direct debits. It was stressful and time-consuming. I informed the developer, who apologised and reported the scammer advertiser to their advertising provider. ### 4/5 — Nice but… *2023-11-02* I'd rate it 4 stars, but I believe it could be 5 if you incorporate WA transport into the app. Could you consider adding that feature? ### 4/5 — Logan City Buses not showing on map *2023-03-29* It’s been happening since last Wednesday, please can you fix it? Thanks! 😊 ### 3/5 — Ok but the subscription needs work *2023-02-18* Bought the 12mth subscription so my daughter can save favourites however the subscription doesn’t seem to have worked. But if a waste of money! It’s a good app nonetheless, just wish I could plug in the favourites so my 12yo knows where she is going etc! **Developer response:** Hi there, apologies for the inconvenience with your subscription. If you’re still having trouble, please reach out to us and we’d be happy to assist - hello@anytrip.com.au ### 2/5 — Subscribed for 2 years but won’t link to account *2022-07-08* I’ve been a subscriber for two years but the app settings show that I am on a “free” account so I am not getting what I’ve paid for. The developer is not responding to my emails and their support web form refuses to submit, so there is no way to contact them to resolve the issue. The a pp was last updated 2 years ago. I highly recommend you don’t subscribe!! ### 2/5 — Difficult to use for the country services *2022-04-06* Downloaded the app to try to track the CountryLink train (#31 from Sydney to Casino). That service was difficult to find (and even after I’d found it was difficult to get to again), and kept taking me to whatever the local bus service was that was geographically near me. It’s a frustrating and finicky user interface. The actual tracking was also inaccurate. ### 3/5 — Works OK. *2021-08-10* Great app, great UI. However the tracking of my local bus service (587 in Brisbane) isn’t available, yet it’s been a TransLink route for over 12 months now. Bit disappointing. Can it be added please?! Also, Chinese developer by the sounds of things so support would be terrible, if any, and don’t trust them with my cc details given recent global hacking incidents. **Developer response:** Hi, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Melbourne had no model numbers or real time tracking. I basically payed for google maps. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t allow linking paid subscription to login email *2021-12-16* I’m unable to link my paid subscription to my email. Additionally, when I tried the support link in the App Store which took me to the Any Trip website, I was unable to submit my issue. ### 1/5 — No W.A. *2021-06-14, version 1.4.11* Title says it all.As this has no Western Australia, I have no idea whether this app is useful or not. ### 1/5 — Has potential, but seems buggy *2021-05-23, version 1.4.11* The app freezes, stops responding, and has to be closed and re-opened very often. I’ve only been using this for 2 years and it’s helped a lot with my YouTube channel. Issue: if I type up a Yutong fleet number they won’t come up and it says “we can’t find your query” so maybe look into that. Suggestion: Maybe you could somehow fit in a feature where you can use filters on mobile ### 5/5 — A trainspotter in love *2022-04-16* All I can say as a trainspotter is, “where has this been all my life”, anytrip provides the train set number in Melbourne, a life saver when it comes to spotting specific sets such as the new HCMT or the fabled 400m, thank you x1000. ### 5/5 — Great app *2021-10-16* It’s a great app in my opinion.
