How exactly am I supposed to contact support when I can’t access the app properly? I have already tried clearing the cache, reinstalling the app, and restarting my phone, but it continues to freeze as soon as open it. This has been going on for weeks and I still cannot access or use my own money. This is completely unacceptable for a banking service. I need a clear explanation, an alternative way to contact support outside the app, and an urgent resolution not another instruction telling me to use an app that doesn’t work.
