Very disappointing! ### 1/5 — Didn’t work on the day *2020-04-26, version 1.2* Downloaded this app the day before. Set up was easy & it seemed to work just fine. It was giving me a count down to the ceremony start time & playing the local ABC radio but on the day the candle lit at 5:30 but no radio. Couldn’t hear the ceremony at all. I closed down the app & restarted it & this time even the candle didn’t work, nothing. Ended up downloading the ABC radio app & listened to the ceremony on that. Deleted and re-downloaded it, still no change. Great idea but needs to be fixed. No sound, no animation, not worth downloading until it’s fixed. At 6am the candle lit up but with no last post, no bugle, no transfer to a memorial service and stayed silent for 5 minutes, when it returned to the radio broadcast it kept cutting out. My driveway attendance was there but it was solo. Just before 6am the candle did eventually light up but there was no sound, therefore we missed the ode and the last post. So very disappointing on Anzac Day. Told people all about it. Then Anzac Day, had my candle lit. No sound, no ABC radio, nothing. Luckily my Dad had the good ol little radio. Thanks to the developers, it will be great for Saturday’s dawn service in my driveway. ### 5/5 — Has now worked for me *2020-04-22* I have had issues all week with the same problems as people mentioned (setting location would just close the app). I have just deleted and reinstalled each day and finally this evening it worked for me beautifully. I have an iPhone 6 so perhaps just try deleting the app and then reinstalling to see if that also works for you. It didn’t work tonight so I deleted and reinstalled and then it worked straight away with all the features. Great work by the developers on getting this set up in such a short time frame. Will be using it on Saturday. ### 5/5 — Works for me *2020-04-21* Easy to setup. Don’t know why others are having such an issue. I would suggest making sure you have the latest IOS installed. My device is running iOS 13.4. Update: if the developers plan to continue improving this app, I would suggest enabling the ABC radio stream to continue in the background when the app isn’t running in the foreground or the device is locked. ### 3/5 — Didn’t work on the day *2020-04-25, version 1.2* App was working all week, up to evening before. On the morning of the service it didn’t work, app would open was just frozen no sound, no candle. Such a shame as it was a great concept.
