Ever find that "6 + 9" is easy, but "7 + 9" feels tricky? Do you struggle with certain number combinations? I did! As the author of this app, I used to find combinations involving 8 or 9 particularly challenging. I also found it difficult to quickly calculate prices while shopping. That's why I created this flash calculation app – to improve my own mental math skills! And while developing and testing it, I've already noticed a real improvement in my addition skills. I'm confident you'll see a boost in your own mental math abilities too! I hope you have fun and enjoy your challenges! HOW TO US Numbers flash on the screen at a set interval. Add them up in your head! STAGES There are 20 stages, each combining one of 5 different digit lengths (1 to 5 digits) with one of 4 flash intervals (6, 3, 1, and 0.5 seconds). The most challenging stage is 5 digits with a 0.5-second interval – a true test of your skills! If you ever reach that level, you'll be a real "expert"! Each stage has a unique name. - 1 digit, 6-second interval: "Shell" stage - 1 digit, 3-second interval: "Prawn" stage - 1 digit, 1-second interval: "Turtle" stage and so on... EXPERT MEDALS AND LEVELS Earn an expert medal for each stage by answering correctly 5 times in a row at that stage. Your current level is determined by the highest-level stage where you've earned a medal. How far can you go? Find out now! PRACTICE Unlike the timed challenges, you can advance at your own pace by tapping the buttons. Easily switch between numbers, review previous values, and practice as much as you like until you feel confident and ready to ace the challenges! Currently in the challenge stage: Once you you provide an answer whether correct or incorrect, you must back out and begin again to receive another challenge. It would be great that if once you have your answer, it continued to cycle through a a pre-selected amount of challenges ( 5, 10, 20 etc. ). In this way, it would provide an exercise of mental stamina. Perhaps this option can configured in the settings, along with the option that allows for the setting of time intervals for the numbers. **Developer response:** Thank you for your suggestion again!
