### 1/5 — Unusable

*2017-01-26, version 1.1.2*

"Accreditation number" needed, but no explanation of how to get one.

### 1/5 — Accreditation number??

*2017-01-19*

So I buy the app and how do I get in? I don't know what my accreditation number? HELP!
You need instructions on the app site.

### 1/5 — Can't Open

*2017-01-18, version 1.1.2*

Asks me to sign in with my accreditation number and password. That's great but there's no way to get an accreditation number or password. USELESS!

### 1/5 — Sign in?

*2017-01-18*

How is it this just works on my iPhone and the iPad version requires a sign in with an accreditation number?

### 1/5 — Why do I have to sign in?

*2017-01-17*

Are there any reasons that I have to create an account in order to use this app? If so, how?

### 1/5 — AO app. Can't even get started!

*2017-01-17, version 1.1.2*

What accreditation number? Why a password (create a password?) for each section? Where is the Help?
Sue Hill.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2017-01-15, version 1.1.2*

The AO app for the iPhone works great so I downloaded this to my iPad and it wants me to log-in with an accreditation number and I can't use it. So this must be for players and media or something like that. Why isn't there a public app similar to the one for the iPhone? The other slams all have great iPad apps.

### 1/5 — Mrs

*2016-01-20, version 1.0.1*

What a waste of time, not able to open on iPad. No access for the public, get your act together and make this accessible to all fans. Take a look at the superb app that Wimbledon provide and hang your heads in shame.

### 1/5 — Huh!!!!!!!!!

*2016-01-19, version 1.0.1*

So no iPad app for the general public?

A bit pointless really ?

### 1/5 — Australian open app

*2016-01-17, version 1.0.1*

Presented with a page saying "sign in" - no other options, clicked on it, wanted accreditation number, don't have one, but no way to get back off the page - I've had to delete it already!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Too many glitches!!!

*2018-01-17*

Useless application as it has too many glitches. Can't even get to the "Draw" section.
Too bad as in a couple of weeks we will not be needing this application.

### 1/5 — Very disappointing

*2018-01-17, version 1.1.5*

Where to start? At 1 time, the app had 3 incorrect players on the courts. You have to scroll forever to see live scores and no easy way to return to the top. There are only a fee postmatch interviews. The watch live worked for qualies but no more...

### 1/5 — Rien ne fonctionne !

*2018-01-17, version 1.1.5*

Je n’ai jamais vu une application aussi mauvaise. Rien ne fonctionne dès qu’on essaie de changer de page. Frustrant. Elle allait bien les autres années !

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2018-01-17, version 1.1.5*

It’s so bad, I’ve never had such a bad experience with AO app

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2018-01-16, version 1.1.5*

All grand slam tournaments have nice apps. How come the AO have such a bad one? Unreliable, terrible view of the draws and results. One star is too much!

### 1/5 — Disappointed!

*2018-01-15, version 1.1.5*

Downloaded this App to follow the Aussie Open. It's only available for accredited players and there's nothing for the fans worldwide. Totally missing an opportunity here I feel. Take a leaf out of Wimbledon's book as they clearly care more for their fans!

### 1/5 — Annoyingly bad

*2018-01-15, version 1.1.5*

No, I don’t want to receive notifications. No, I am not attending the Australian Open... Don’t ask me every single time I try to use the app.

Oh, and it also doesn’t work half the time (error messages abound). You’d think that apps should get better with time, not far worse.

### 1/5 — Absolutely useless

*2018-01-14*

Easily the worst App I have ever tried to use. Apart from being difficult to use at all some parts, eg printing the draws, don't work at all. Australia should be ashamed of this!

### 1/5 — What the?

*2018-01-07*

Read the previous 4 reviews, this makes no sense. All the other majors have apps that are helpful and informative. Hope someone gets their act together.

### 1/5 — Not for spectators or fans around the world

*2017-01-27*

It looks like this app was designed for players and officials and other accredited individuals. Frustratingly useless to tennis fans around the world especially AO fans.
What a shame.

## Most praised reviews (2 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Not for public

*2017-01-19, version 1.1.2*

For all those complaining that they don't have an accreditation number or password, if you're not a player in the AO then this is probably not the app for you. This app is for players, not the general public. There is a separate app available Australian Open Tennis Championship (for iPhone) for following the tennis.

### 3/5 — So so

*2019-01-19, version 1.2.1*

Have seen better apps in the past, app is not very user friendly. Would like to see the presiding umpires for each match to be included.
