## What is AO?

AO:Expedition is the trip manager for overland and 4x4 clubs , where the planning runs itself.

Every couple of weeks, an autonomous agent opens your club's next expedition, picks a trail your convoy can actually run, works out the water, fuel and fair-share cost, hands the right jobs to the right people, and checks the weather before giving the go-ahead. Your crew just answers one question: are you riding?

HOW IT WORKS
• The agent opens the next trip on a bi-weekly cycle and polls the club.
• At T-7 it picks a trail — capped to your least-capable rig, matched to the season, and never a repeat of a recent run.
• At T-5 it plans logistics: jerrycans of water, a fuel margin, a fair-share budget, and tasks assigned by who owes the ledger, who has the fridge, who carries the water.
• At T-3 it checks flood, heat, vehicle-count and recovery-gear gates — then publishes the plan, or stands the trip down if it isn't safe.

BUILT FOR THE CONVOY
• Matched to your rigs , trail difficulty is capped to the least-capable truck; your fridge and water tank count for the whole group.
• Fair-share ledger , snap a receipt and the season evens out; debtors front the bigger shops.
• Camp menu , a dietary-aware meal plan drawn from a big camp-cooking recipe library.
• Trail library , hundreds of real backcountry routes with photos, stats and waypoints on the map.
• Bring your own GPS , upload a GPX track and share it with the club.
• Convoys meet convoys , invite pros (photographer, guide, medic) and link up with other groups by code to share fuel, water and location.
• Propose your own trips, claim tasks, and get alerted the moment something needs you.
• Built for the backcountry, your active trip and its whole plan work offline, with zero signal.

AO:Expedition is club-based: your membership is matched by email, and everything, trips, crew, ledger, menu, is scoped to your club.
