Competition footage, special curriculums, sparring rounds of their top competitors and GUI/Rafa as well. Shot in HD with great sound. It gets better and better. Hoping they add more non- technique videos. Myself having to train in a remote state six hours from the closest high-level gym. My subscription to the AOJ platform has been instrumental in my development and success as a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner. In 2022 I was the number one ranked masters 3 brown belt in the world. Masters 3 Brown Belt World Champion, Pan Champion, American Nationals Champion. Vídeos que não são tão curtos e nem tão longos, explica detalhes das posições para entender os objetivos. Inglês fácil de se compreender para algm com nível básico por não ser muito rápido. Acredito que poderia aumentar o leque da parte dos fundamentos basics/curriculum/technique e poderia criar uma sessão de módulos de treinamento para o aluno ir seguindo e avançado (módulo 1, 2, 3…) parabéns pelo trabalho! ### 5/5 — Just like being there *2023-11-24* I train at AOJ in Costa Mesa and received my Black Belt from Tainan. I can honestly say the AOJ + and On Demand content is exactly what is taught at the in person Academy. Same detail, energy, focus and precision.
