Sound improvements in this update.

- Sound effects have been rebuilt. The volume now follows your device's volume buttons, and you can fine-tune it with the new volume slider in Settings.
- Fixed an issue where the clear sound was far louder than the other effects, and balanced the overall sound levels.
- Music from other apps no longer stops while you play.
- Hit & Blow now starts with 15 lives, with rebalanced scoring: hint penalties are gentler, and the life-recovery option appears sooner.
- Fixed a bug where a sound effect could play twice at once.
