## What is AOL Seva?

AOL Seva brings Art of Living courses, weekly follow-ups, daily practice and your teachers into one place.

• Find a course — see which courses are running, in person or online, where and when, and how to register.
• Weekly follow-ups — find the follow-up near you, see when it meets, and hear the day before whether the session is on.
• Daily practice — join the guided daily session, or practise on your own with Padma Sadhana and the pranayam count.
• Follow your teachers — hear about their new courses and announcements as they post them, without following every WhatsApp status and group.
• For teachers — keep your course lists in one place, stay in touch with the people you have taught, run your weekly follow-up, and post announcements to everyone who follows you.

You choose who can see your phone number and email address, and which notifications you get, by email or in the app. You can delete your account at any time.

Sign in with Google, with Apple, or with a code sent to your email. No password to remember.

About AOL Seva
AOL Seva is not run by the Art of Living. It is an independent, volunteer-run project by TeacherOn.com: a labour of love, in gratitude for the many gifts received from Art of Living.
