It crashes when installing, it crashes when searching the program, it crashes when adding sessions to the program.

Using this app was already a huge pain last year (2024) as it crashes almost every time when scrolling through the program. One year later, no improvements at all. What a disgraceful representation of the Academy of Management. On the one hand they aim for impactful research that may offer solutions to pressing societal issues, on the other hand, they can’t even setup a working app. I am no engineer, but it could be helpful to let users download the program (without presentations of course) so that when they are scrolling through the program, it does not need to fetch the data every time, leading to crashes when thousands of users are doing it simultaneously.

Slightly less bad than hot garbage, but crashes constantly and the “universal search” chooses when to show results and when not to find anything at all. The floorplans are only somewhat helpful and incomplete, but the building clearly has more detailed plans as these are up on the wall in one space. Program lists randomly glitch from one time to another.

Ok in terms of being able to access info. However, takes up tons of phone storage for some reason (2GB so far, and growing?), & frequently crashes. Thank you, however, to the team behind this- it’s a very helpful idea to have this for conferences.
