Cannot edit the claim and resubmit. While tried to edit and resubmit the claim it thrown an error after signature signed.

The new app has a section for your benefit but if the info is inaccurate. I see most of my benefits are not used a penny but when claim my expenses, they reject it. They say you used your limit! But it’s been a month, the limit is not used up. 
I don’t know who is wrong here, the dev team, SMEs or the claim operators, nevertheless the damage is mine! I escalated it, they keep sending me the same response, like robots! No management, no action, just the same horse stuff.

Today, for some reason, the system hung and did not respond. The clinic wanted to see my insurance card; but the OTP system got stuck for a few minutes. And then suddenly 10 OTPs came!

terrible experience. earlier i was at home, i am able to login through facial recognition as i cannot remmeber my pw. then i tried to login while in the clinic,it kept prompting error. and had to call the customer service. and took 22mins to reset the pw. the weird thing is, i have to beg with the customer service, if there is any way or can do it easily…  why not recommending an easy alternatives solution as the person calling is unwell. 
hope he could have some compassion to help instead of asking so many thing…

After I’ve paid the co payment for tele consultation, the app hang and nothing happened. Wasted my money as it went thru and the hotline is a disaster. Terrible.
