I see most of my benefits are not used a penny but when claim my expenses, they reject it. They say you used your limit! But it’s been a month, the limit is not used up. I don’t know who is wrong here, the dev team, SMEs or the claim operators, nevertheless the damage is mine! I escalated it, they keep sending me the same response, like robots! When filling in a Provider name that is not on the list, the app throws an error “Please select Provider from the list”. However, selecting a Provider that is not included in the list is allowed when submitting the Claim on the website, so clearly, this should be possible via app as well.
