Everything is going well backer 1000s Keep the hard work up ### 1/5 — Bad app *2026-06-12* Will not let me log in, have tried to contact customer support, avoid app. ### 1/5 — AI help assistant hallucinates *2026-06-12* When using the customer support option, it defaults to Chinese rather than the language set in the app. It also provides bad answers applicable to other products despite asking what product you are using. I’ve had to reconnect the app to my bike multiple times.
